Settlement Assistance:Lawsuit Funding

Do you need cash to help make ends meet while your lawsuit is pending or while you await awarded payment?

Lawsuit funding provides a lump-sum cash advance on future payments, well before they are due or awarded. This settlement and annuity are all the same service in our program.

What is Lawsuit Funding?

Lawsuit funding is a financing option for plaintiffs in some civil lawsuits. This type of cash advance is made against a settlement. However, it is only available while the plaintiff’s case is pending, unlike a traditional loan that is available for a qualified applicant at any time.

How Does Lawsuit Funding Work?

This funding is offered to plaintiffs who are expecting to either settle or win a lawsuit, or who are awaiting settlement payment. Once the lawsuit has been filed, or the settlement has been awarded and the plaintiff is awaiting the awarded amount, the plaintiff can apply for a lawsuit funding cash advance.

Once the plaintiff has applied, their application and case will be assessed to determine how much the plaintiff could receive if they win or agree on a settlement. From there, the plaintiff is offered a lump-sum of cash. To receive this money, the plaintiff must agree to pay back the sum of cash and a funding fee out of the proceeds of your settlement.

There is no job or credit requirement.

Requirements For

Lawsuit Funding

The plaintiff must:

Have a pending civil lawsuit

Have a high likelihood to win or settle the lawsuit

Have awaiting settlement payments

Lawsuit funding does not require the plaintiff to make payments until their case is settled. The plaintiff will repay nothing if they lose their case. There are no upfront fees or out-of-pocket expenses, and it will not interfere or negatively impact their case. In fact, it may even enhance it, as the plaintiff and their legal team will not be under pressure to compromise as the plaintiff already has the money he or she needs.

Required Documentation
